Flights will be cancelled at Shahjalal Airport for three days for 3 hours

Several work initiatives have been undertaken including the maintenance of the runway of Hazrat Shahjalal International Airport in Dhaka, Bangladesh.

For this reason, the runway of the airport will be closed from night 12:00 AM to 3:00 AM on May 5 to 7.

Airport Executive Director Group Captain Kamrul Islam confirmed the matter.

He said that flights will be stopped for 3 hours at midnight on these three days. Some runway marking, electrical and maintenance work will be done during this time.

According to airport sources, the airport has regular flights of Saudi Arabian Airlines, Malaysian Airways, Thai Airways, Kuwait Airways, Qatar Airways and Cathay Pacific during these three hours. They have been asked to move the flight time forward or back for these three days.
